Shopmobility
The Glades’ Shopmobility service is designed to make shopping easier for anyone with mobility problems - whether you're registered disabled or just temporarily incapacitated.

Manual and motorised wheelchairs are available for hire for use throughout The Glades and the pedestrianised High Street. Telephone to book, or ask at the Customer Service Centre located in Frog Zone Car Park Level 1. An extra wide parking space is allocated to you, park, pick up wheelchair and start shopping… easy.

Ease of Access
The Glades is designed to be accessible to absolutely everyone and you'll find:

• automatic doors on all entrances
• floors that are smooth & flat
• lifts between the floors
• low level public telephones
• sympathetically designed landscaping
• plenty of disabled toilets
